We adopt a Design-to-Deliver methodology, where specialized teams (construction, finishing, waterproofing, MEP, and scaffolding) work in full coordination under continuous engineering supervision, supported by staged inspections and testing.

We utilize advanced planning tools such as Gantt Charts and 3-Week Lookahead Plans to minimize conflicts and enhance productivity.

We also maintain transparent communication through weekly progress reports, dated site documentation, and structured decision points. Any changes are managed through a formal Variation Order (VO) system, clearly outlining impacts on cost and schedule.

Work Methodology

  • 1. Design-Build Approach

    We provide a single point of contact from concept to final delivery, enabling faster decision-making and reducing conflicts between design and execution, resulting in better control over cost and time. We implement stage-based quality governance (Gate Reviews), supported by Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, and fully documented final handover including As-Built drawings and O&M manuals.

  • 2. General Contracting

    We manage tenders, suppliers, and subcontractors through a structured procurement plan and performance-based contracts, with full material approval processes (Submittals & MAR). Project performance, costs, and risks are continuously monitored through periodic reports and KPI dashboards covering safety, quality, time, and cost, along with structured variation management.
