    Includes Value Engineering alternatives, flexible variation management, extended reporting, and acceleration of critical activities. Ideal for time-sensitive projects.

  • Plan 3 – Comprehensive Solution

    Full design and execution management, MEP and facade coordination, supplier and subcontractor management, and complete handover documentation. Best suited for complex and large-scale projects.

Work Methodology

  • 1. Design-Build Approach

    We provide a single point of contact from concept to final delivery, enabling faster decision-making and reducing conflicts between design and execution, resulting in better control over cost and time. We implement stage-based quality governance (Gate Reviews), supported by Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, and fully documented final handover including As-Built drawings and O&M manuals.

  • 2. General Contracting

    We manage tenders, suppliers, and subcontractors through a structured procurement plan and performance-based contracts, with full material approval processes (Submittals & MAR). Project performance, costs, and risks are continuously monitored through periodic reports and KPI dashboards covering safety, quality, time, and cost, along with structured variation management.
